The purpose of this website is to provide information to all of our Residents living in our Community.
We have a Community Facebook page, not related to the official HOA, Colina Bay Neighborhood, which we encourage you to join as this is our best means of communication among the residents providing each other with pertinent information, recommendations, and any assistance as we help each other as neighbors. Help us make this social media platform more effective by joining, and inviting any of your neighbors you know are not yet part of it.
For any information related to the HOA, we would guide you to the Community Association Management website, www.sentrymgt.com, where you can sign in through the HOA portal as a Resident to obtain any information regarding your own account and/or any Community documents. HOA Fees:
HOA Fees are due quarterly. Your account number is printed on your coupons. Payment methods are eCheck, Credit/Debit Card, Auto Pay, Phone Payment, Mail or In Person.
The mailing address is P.O. Box 105302, Atlanta, GA 30348-5302. Make check payable to our association and write your 16-digit account number on the memo line (which you will find on your portal).
If you pay In Person you would need to pay by check at our Clermont office located at 1645 E. Hwy 50, Suite 201, Clermont, FL 34711-5199

New Homeowners:
Please visit our community portal and register your own personal account, or you can pay your HOA dues without registering as well. Here are some steps to help you do this:
Go to www.sentrymgt.com, click on My Account, and register as a new user. This will give you access not only to pay your HOA dues, but also to obtain copies of documents pertaining to our Community. If you choose not to register, you would just click on the 3rd tab ``Make a Payment" and choose the option you prefer to use to make your payments.
As to gain access through our Gate system, please fill out the Access System Information Form and send to ana.colinabayhoa@gmail.com. To purchase a new transmitter(s), we will need a check made payable to Colina Bay Homeowners Association and the cost of each transmitter is $50. Send an email to ana.colinabayhoa@gmail.com to arrange time to pick up check and deliver new transmitter.
Architectural Review:
Our Board meets monthly every 4th Wednesday of the month at 6 pm. The Board meets in person at Sentry and the homeowners join via audio. Prior to the Board meetings, Secretary will be sending an email confirming the Monthly meeting and Agenda for that month and providing a number to call in. Our Architectural Review Committee (ARC) also meets during the Board meeting and all of the submitted ARC applications are reviewed and voted on at that time as well. If you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your home, you will need to submit an ARC Application with the supporting documents required. You can email them to Sentry at cmreception@sentrymgt.com to ensure we include them in our next ARC Board meeting. We ask that everyone submit their application no later than the Thursday before the meeting to give the Committee members time to add to the Agenda and review before the Board meeting. A copy of our ARC application is uploaded however also note that you can always obtain one through our portal with Sentry as well. Please email your application which is attached to this website to cmreception@sentrymgt.com.
